Patient Portal Instructions
Learn how to access or enroll in our new patient portal and download the app to upgrade your patient experience.
We are excited to announce our new patient portal through APPatient™ beginning March 11, 2025!
If you already have access to your APPatient™ patient portal, you can log in here.
If you have not enrolled in the APPatient™ patient portal, you will need to enroll to access your new patient portal account. VPFW will no longer be using the My Health Record patient portal as of March 11, 2025.
How do I enroll?
- At your next visit, you will receive an email from welcome@practicemailer.com with the subject, “Welcome to Your Virginia Physicians for Women, LTD. Patient Portal.”
- The email will contain a hyperlink entitled “Activate Account.”
Note: The “Activate Account” link will expire after 72 hours. If the link has expired, or if the message reached you in error, contact our office. - Use the link to activate your new APPatient patient portal account on a Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser and set up your password.
Download APPatient™ App
After activating your account, you can utilize VPFW’s mobile patient engagement app, APPatient™.
APPatient™ will help give you the ability to:
• Visit your provider virtually
• Receive test results
• Update your medical history, allergies and preferred pharmacy
• Bill pay
• Many other time-saving options
