Several of our providers offer early morning or early evening appointment for women who just can’t make it during the day. Please ask us about extended hours when you call to make an appointment.

Phone hours

Our staff is available to answer your calls during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Due to the high volume of calls we receive on Monday mornings, you may experience an extended hold time. You may find it easier to call after 2pm or set an appointment online.

For your convenience, we schedule appointments during regular business hours Monday through Friday, as well as designated early morning and early evening hours.*  If you need to schedule a same-day appointment, please give us a call.

Emergency

In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

Illness and Injury

If you are pregnant and experience a serious but non-life-threatening situation, such as a sudden illness or injury, please call to discuss your condition with one of our nurses (the numbers are listed below). After hours, call our office and leave a message with the answering service. Our on-call staff physician will return your call promptly.

If you are a gynecological patient experiencing a serious but non-life-threatening situation, such as sudden illness, injury, or complications related to a recent surgery, please call the office for immediate attention (the numbers are listed below). After hours, you may leave a message with the answering service. You will receive a prompt return call from our on-call staff physician.

Labor

If you’re expecting a baby, call us at the first signs of labor. During office hours, one of our nurses will give you specific instructions. After hours, leave a message and our on-call staff physician will return your call promptly. Remember, unless you’re in a life-threatening situation, please don’t go to the hospital until the physician returns your call!

If You May Be Pregnant

If you think you may be pregnant, call the office during regular office hours to make an appointment to confirm pregnancy or to schedule your first OB visit. For questions about your condition, our knowledgeable telephone nurses will be happy to talk with you during regular office hours. If you are experiencing troublesome symptoms such as pelvic pain or bleeding, please call during office hours to speak with a nurse or after hours with one of our on-call physicians. We know you may need extra help and advice during this time. We are here to help you throughout your pregnancy.
