Operations Manager

We are looking for an operations manager who will serve as an integral member of the management team at Virginia Physicians for Women. This position will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and work out of our headquarters office in Midlothian, with occasional travel between other office locations. The individual will manage across multiple departments to ensure excellent patient experience, service quality, financial results, and optimum utilization of resources.

VPFW is looking to hire patient coordinators at our headquarters office in Midlothian. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Call Center Representative

VPFW is looking for a full-time call center representative to serve as first point of contact for incoming calls to our practice. The call center is located at our headquarters office in Midlothian. Our call center representatives identify and resolve patient needs and provide information and patient appointment scheduling services. They also make outbound calls for rescheduling appointments.

Triage Medical Assistant

VPFW is hiring a full-time triage medical assistant for our West Creek office in Short Pump. This position is the first point of clinical contact for patients. The triage medical assistant calls the patient back to the clinical area to record vital signs, medication listings, and medical history in preparation for the physician.

Provider Medical Assistant

VPFW is hiring a full-time provider medical assistant. The provider assistant works side by side with the physician to provide nursing functions using established procedures and standards in order to assist with patient appointments and procedures.
