Jessica M. Ciaburri
D.O., F.A.C.O.G.

The festivals, the amazing food, the South of the James Farmer’s market —there are so many things Dr. Ciaburri loves about living and working in Richmond. A Virginia native all of her life, Dr. Ciaburri is originally from Bluefield, a small town in southwestern Virginia, she also spent more than ten years in Blacksburg, VA (Go Hokies!) where she completed Medical School. She counts herself lucky to have the opportunity to put her roots down in a fun and diverse city where there is always something exciting to do.

Dr. Ciaburri fell in love with the field of obstetrics and gynecology when she first got her hands on a baby during a delivery in medical school. She feels honored that she now gets to walk alongside her patients throughout the many facets of their lives, helping them stay healthy and make the best decisions they can for their health, families, and lifestyles. Before going to medical school, Dr. Ciaburri was a registered nurse, and she learned how to advocate for her patients, educating and empowering them to take charge of their own health. She loves being able to bring that background to the table with her current work at VPFW

Outside of work, you can find Dr. Ciaburri spending time with her husband and friends, enjoying the outdoors with her black lab Bryn, scoping out new antique/consignment shops for fun finds
