Meet Dr. Wren
Dr. Wren’s goal every day is to listen and connect with his patients to help make their lives a little better. By combining listening, counseling, medication, and surgery, he loves that he can offer individualized treatment options that meet his patients’ needs.
Dr. Wren comes to VPFW from the United States Navy where he finished 8 years of active duty service as an OB/GYN. He is now very excited to bring that experience into private practice. Dr. Wren is honored to join a VPFW team that puts patient experiences first. After being away from Richmond since he was in medical school, he and his family are happy to call this wonderful city home again.
Dr. Wren was born in Richmond and grew up in the Short Pump area, where he went to Godwin High School. He majored in Chemistry at the University of Virginia and was a varsity swimmer all four years. He served as team captain his 4th year. Dr. Wren graduated from UVA with distinction in 2010 and returned to Richmond to attend the Medical College of Virginia (VCU) on a Navy scholarship.
