Dr. Rabhan is a native of Savannah, Georgia, and now enjoys living in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, Shelley. They have 5 children. Dr. Rabhan has helped pioneer several specialized procedures in the Richmond area, including advanced laparoscopy and incontinence procedures. When not caring for patients, Dr. Rabhan likes to travel, play golf and spend time with his grandchildren.

Dr. Rabhan has been named one of America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists by the Consumer's Research Council of America.
