Virginia Physicians for Women will not release any information contained in your medical record to anyone without your written consent. If you have any advance directives, such as a Medical Directive or a Living Will, please provide us with a copy for your medical record. If you  need to contact our medical records staff, please e-mail them at medrec@vpfw.com.
